HOW TO ENTER:

To qualify for a valid entry for the content:

• Enter the contest through Instagram at @WPGSeaBears

ELIGIBILITY:

The contest is open to all Winnipeg residents who have reached the age of majority in their province or territory of residence at the contest opening date. Employees of the Winnipeg Sea Bears, as well as such employee’s immediate family (father/mother, brother/sister, son/daughter) or persons living under the same roof, are not eligible to enter this Contest. 

The winner must be living within the city of Winnipeg or have a location to Trick-Or-Treat within the city limits.

PROCEDURE FOR AWARDING PRIZES:

A random draw will be conducted by the Winnipeg Sea Bears from among all eligible entries received during the Contest Period. The first selected contestant shall be declared the winner, subject to meeting all the conditions described within the above rules.

The winner will be contacted via Instagram messages on October 28. If a winner cannot be reached within 24 hours following the first attempt, or, declines the prize, or fails to return the required release form, the prize shall be forfeited and the Winnipeg Sea Bears have the right, at its sole discretion, to select another winner.

DESCRIPTION OF PRIZING

• One hour of Trick-Or-Treating with Churchill

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

• The group of Trick-Or-Treaters that Churchill attends with cannot exceed eight (8) children.
• Churchill will arrive at the agreed upon location at 6 p.m. CT and will Trick-Or-Treat for one (1) hour
• Churchill and the handler can refuse or make decisions based on safety and privacy at any time
