OWNER TICKET REQUEST FORM

Team ownership groups should be provided two court level tickets and two premium bowl tickets to any CEBL game they wish to attend. Court level tickets are subject to availability. A minimum 72 hours notice must be provided for court level tickets to game tip-off.
