Ryan Thomson returns as Assistant Coach and Assistant General Manager of the Winnipeg Sea Bears. In 2023, Thompson helped lead the team to a Western Conference-leading 12-8 record.

Thomson previously filled this role for the then-Fraser Valley Bandits of the CEBL (now Vancouver Bandits).He's spent the last six years leading the Lakehead Thunderwolves program in Thunder Bay, Ont.
