CHAMPIONSHIP WEEKEND ‘25 MARKET VENDOR APPLICATION

The Winnipeg Sea Bears will be hosting the CEBL Championship, August 21 – 24, 2025.

Championship Weekend will include a 3-day street festival on Graham Avenue that is open (and free) to the public and features live music, food trucks, bars, a local artisan market, 3 on 3 basketball and more!

Friday, August 22 – Load-in AM; Festival Live 3 PM - 12AM

Saturday, August 23 – Festival Live all-day 12 PM – 12 AM

Sunday, August 24  – Festival Live all-day 12 PM – 12 AM

Please take a moment to review the following information: Application forms need to be submitted by May 31st to be considered and must be completed online. Vendor selections will be confirmed by June 3rd and will be notified by email. The fee is $150 plus 5% GST for the 3-day event (total of $157.50) and includes one 10x10 vendor space located within the event grounds. Vendors who are selected for the event will be sent a link for online payment. Alternative payment methods available by request only. Vendors must supply their own tents and necessary infrastructure (tables, chairs, etc) Vendors are responsible for weatherproofing merchandise and materials. The Winnipeg Sea Bears cannot guarantee exclusivity to any of our vendors. This means that there may be more than one vendor selling similar items, however we will do our best to respect your individuality. Vendors must abide by any and all City of Winnipeg license and permit bylaws that apply, such as health permits. Due to the number of applications and the limited space available, please note that submission of your application does not guarantee your inclusion at the event.
